We provide help regarding questions to YaCy to private persons and non-profit organisation free of charge when there is spare time. We ask everyone to consult our YaCy Wiki, the German YaCy Forum or the English YaCy Forum before contacting us personally.

Professionals, please request our service based on a commercial agreement. We provide consulting to all information-retrieval related questions, in connection or without connection to a special enterprise implementation of YaCy. Please contact us.
